Delivery costs

We employ various delivery methods and costs, we have one of the best all round money saving set ups online, each price includes packing and labour costs on top of the delivery price.

Your shipping will be charged in relation to the size of your order, for instance if you order a sticker it will cost £1.99 to deliver, add more stickers and the price remains £1.99 because it’s a letter order.

Each item in our store has an individual delivery cost so it will recalculate the larger your order gets until you reach the free delivery threshold.

For letter size orders we use Royal Mail and send first class – £1.99

For large letter orders we use Royal Mail and send 2nd class – £3.49

For small to medium parcels up to 1kg we use multiple couriers – £4.99

For large parcels 5-10kg we use multiple couriers – £9.99

Free delivery is available when you spend over £75.00

Delivery times

Our delivery times can vary depending on the order size.

We use Royal mail, DPD, Evri and other carriers for delivery to UK addresses.

For letter type orders we send 1st class so they should reach you within 3 days.

Large letters are sent 2nd class so around 3-5 days.

All parcels are set to next day delivery so between 2-4 days.

Please allow 7 days for any delivery (not including Sundays) for your order to arrive before contacting us.

Most parcel orders will have tracking id so you can check where your order is with the courier that we have used, if you do not have tracking id with your order but think it should have please contact us and we can help.

Small to large parcels will be delivered via courier and in some cases you may not be in to receive it, if this is the case the courier may leave it with a neighbour, leave at a pick up shop or take back to the depot.

They will/should leave a calling card letting you know what to do next.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my order?

Check your order confirmation email for the delivery by date. Your order may be despatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times.

We will send you another email when your order leaves the warehouse. This shows the delivery by date and the parcel details so that you can track your order using our carrier’s website.

If it is a parcel it will have a tracking id, some smaller items like single stickers will come in envelopes and wont have tracking. We would ask that you wait 7 days excluding Sunday after the delivery promise date before contacting us about a late delivery.

You can track each parcel separately using the tracking code (if any) on the respective couriers website which will be linked in the confirmation email.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for one or more of the following reasons;

  • We may have had a technical issue
  • The items you ordered were out of stock
  • You asked us to cancel the order
  • We identified a pricing or product description error
  • There is a problem with the delivery address on the order
  • The quantity of items ordered
  • There is an issue with the payment used
  • The order has failed our validation checks
  • We don’t deliver to hotel residents
  • We don’t deliver to storage facilities

If the pre-authorisation for your order has not been removed by your bank after 5 working days, you will need to contact your bank for further advice.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged by the courier in transit you must contact us straight away within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Can i return my order?

We only accept returns for orders that have not been personalised or customised because we cannot re-stock these items, if your order is damage please see the damaged orders info.

If you do wish to return items that are not personalised or customised you must send them back unopened and in the original packaging, all return delivery costs will be the customers responsibility.

Can i order from outside the UK?

At the moment we only deliver to UK addresses through this website shop system, if you are an overseas customer which includes Ireland and the rest of the world we may still be able to create a custom order for you so please contact us for a bespoke service.

Damaged Orders

We employ various shipping methods and trusted couriers for swift, secure deliveries but sometimes accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days.

After 3 days we cannot accept liability but please still use the form provided and we will do our best to help you.
